Above Expectations - Over the last month I had to stop in for engine trouble, a leaky tire and an oil change. Not only were the visits fast and efficient (work was done in record time), it was above and beyond the customer service I had even anticipated. James is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the extra steps to make sure as a customer you are looked after. Highly recommend. side note. Service my vehicle I have always received excellent service from the service department and especially from Dwayne. He is polite . Knowledgeable and caring. He always goes the extra mile and I appreciate the fact that he explains the work necessary and will show me the problem while it is on the hoist in consultation with the technician

Professional and knowledgable When I stopped in to look at trucks I wanted to take one for a drive. GM had the big sale going on at the moment. After my test drive I asked if they had the same truck but optioned out differently. They didnt have one on their lot but went out of their way to track one down speced exactly how I wanted it. Totally pleased with the professionalism and expediency of the whole deal. Would highly recommend.
Amazing! This dealership was awesome! I was searching for a vehicle for my wife. Went to many dealers in the city, no purchased. Until I came to Lakewood!! The sales person ( Ron) and the team were the best. Made me feel welcome and allow me to take the time I needed. What really impressed me was that Ron called later in the week to see how my wife was doing with the purchased. Now this is service!!

prompt service I bought my duramax at a different dealer however I soon found out that their attention to the customer was very poor at the service dept.. Its not like that at Lakewood
