Great experience Everyone was friendly and helpful from my first visit to Parts until I picked up my car at the Service Department. The final coast was less than expected so that was a bonus.
Would buy again at this dealership I am not one who normally writes reviews but I feel that the staff who I dealt with at Lakewood Chev earned a positive one. Manita and Carmen both were very helpful and professional. Both answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. Would definitely return to this dealership if and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle in the future.

A+ Service From Top To Bottom In a time when you may be suspicious of dealerships being sneaky or untruthful, you will not have any of those feelings at Lakewood Chevrolet. Helpful, courteous and no pressure sales environment. My wife and I would highly recommend a visit to LAKEWOOD CHEV. We were in the market for a new SUV and had a great time looking at a variety of vehicles with Ted. Finally finding the exact vehicle with all the options we were looking for. Not only did we do business with Ted but we have developed a friendship with several of the people at the dealership.
Above and Beyond We have purchased two vehicles from Lakewood and have enjoyed servicing our vehicles there. I have to mention a recent experience where the service we received from Erika went above and beyond. As a family of 5 we cannot be without our vehicles. On a particularly busy week, Erika not only ensured our car was fixed but she helped us get a rental vehicle and provided excellent, caring customer service. We have the utmost confidence in Lakewood and won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else.
Great! Lucky our salesperson was great, very accommodating. Polite and professional. Your finance agent however, was pushy and continued to try sell extended warranty and after a repeatedly told her I wasn’t interested. It almost made me want to walk away from the deal. Overall, super happy with the vehicle and would recommend Family and friends to deal with Lucky!
