Excellent Service for an older couple We are a semi-senior couple who were considering trading in our 25 year old Jeep and 12 year old Saturn. Really weren't sure if we were going to get a new or used car and not quite sure what we wanted. Before we came here, we went to a Jeep dealer. Got a very low trade-in suggestion, tried a few of their jeeps and told them our budget. They came back with payments $100 over what we said was our "limit" as if we hadn't said anything. Oil changeon time Appointment was made, service department was on time and the work was completed in the previously estimated time. And there was no effort to sell any service which was not required - unlike the previous lube shop.
Amazing Experience! I had a great experience with the sales and finance team at Lakewood Chevrolet. They were so commitment to seeing me in the car I truly wanted. It was my first vehicle and I was a bit nervous going in. But the staff were so friendly and stuck to a pace that I was comfortable with.
