LAKEWOOD SERVICE HEADS ABOVE ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS The lake wood service dept and Erica Hygard in particular were the only dealership in the city to solve a mechanical problem on my wifes car. We have been coming to lakewood for at least 10 years and have always dealt with Erica, who looked after us as though it were her own vehicle. I would have to say that lakewood dealership as a whole has a reputation for honesty and integrity and quality service to their customers and i would recommend them to anyone

Amazing Had an Impala for 13 years so knew I wanted to stick with Chevrolet, walked onto the lot looking for another Impala, came off with a Malibu.
Exceptional Service Had some service messages to look after. Took it to the dealership I bought the vehicle from but they were unable to spare someone to help with the issue. Went just down the street to Lakewood. Talked to a service adviser (Dan I believe) told me the issues as I needed to know if the vehicle was safe to drive. Came back the next day. Dwayne looked after me as did Doug. I appreciate the exceptional service
