Best dealership I’ve been visited! Everyone I dealt with at Lakewood Chevrolet Carmen Ye, Erin Healy and Lon Teasdale were three of the best people I’ve dealt with at a dealership of any kind! Professional, friendly and very easy to deal with and just good people!!! It is very unusual for me too give a dealership a good rating but Lakewood gets 5 stars every time!!!

Great car, Great dealership Went in dreading the car buying process, it is something I do not enjoy. The staff at Lakewood made the experience smooth and hassle free. Found me a great car that I enjoy driving at a price that fit my budget. Could not have been better. I know I will be back for my next vehicle!

Service work on suburban Erica conducts herself as a professional. I never had to call her to inquire about my vehicle, she was prompt with notifying me on issue, timings and was very pleasant to deal with.
excellent service Dropped new truck off for oil change and check out very professional from time of booking till pick up, only thing I would add is it would be nice if they washed the bexhicle upon return like BMW and Mercedes
Great experience at Lakewood The staff at Lakewood Chevrolet was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Body Shop does excellent work Had chev equinox in body shop for insurance vandalism claim. They we very helpful arranging to get it in and explained the process. The work was extremely well done I can't tell where the damage was done it's like it was never there.
Excellent Customer Service!! Ted Hagan was my sales man, I never felt pressured into buying the first time I spoke with him and seen the vehicle, he was so easy going, he worked with my schedule, and he worked for me. I will definitely recommend him to others who are looking to buy! Tammy Gordashko was my finance lady, she was great! easy to talk with and explained everything in detail with me and worked for me to the best she could!
