What a truck buying experience should be like I recently traded in my 2015 Chev 2500 HD for a 2018. I was treated with respect. The trade value I received was fair. All of my inquires were received well and educated answers were provided. I have purchased several new vehicles over the past 20 years at different dealerships. This experience has surpassed any level of service that I have experienced to date.

Spectular Service and attention to detail This dealership has consistently provided Stellar Service and insures that when my vehicle leaves the shop I do not need to worry it will have to go back for the same issue; it is fixed the first time. They also go above and beyond to advise me of potential concerns. Best dealership I’ve been visited! Everyone I dealt with at Lakewood Chevrolet Carmen Ye, Erin Healy and Lon Teasdale were three of the best people I’ve dealt with at a dealership of any kind! Professional, friendly and very easy to deal with and just good people!!! It is very unusual for me too give a dealership a good rating but Lakewood gets 5 stars every time!!!

Great car, Great dealership Went in dreading the car buying process, it is something I do not enjoy. The staff at Lakewood made the experience smooth and hassle free. Found me a great car that I enjoy driving at a price that fit my budget. Could not have been better. I know I will be back for my next vehicle!
