Don't waste your time liars If I could rate this dealership it would be with a zero. Let me start I went to the dealership on Sept 2, 2015 for service on my vehicle. While there a salesmen named Chan approached and asked if I wanted to trade in my 2010 Dodge Charger. I advised him that my credit was not good, but after talking I agreed to try. Poor Car Buying Experience I saw a vehicle listed online for a good price so I contacted the dealer. The rep (Michael Bernard) was helpful through out the process. They would not do a sight unseen appraisal so I drove the two hours to have them appraise my trade and drive their car. The car was as described but the trade in was $7,000 less than the rest of the dealers in the same area (or any other dealer I went to). So I left. Never buy from here I have spent more time going back and forth with this dealership then I have driving the actual car. Most people would think that a dealership would be professional, curtious, organized and respectful. Do NOT purchase from this dealer My salesman was Sam. While he was a nice guy his follow up was terrible. The dealership was supposed to install a sunroof for me which they promised would take a day and they would schedule it. This did not happen, two weeks went by without a single call. Service department not very service oriented Both times I've attempted to have my car serviced here have been hassles. They don't make appointments so it's basically first come first serve and everyone wait around. The first time after waiting hours and hours for an oil change and a refill of the diesel exhaust fluid- I got home to realize they did not fill the diesel exhaust fluid, but I didn't feel like going back and waiting additional hours. very bad service experience Had my Dodge Durango in for service, in addition they performed an air bag recall service. When they did they broke my horn switch in the steering wheel. They won't fix it. They just keep telling me they will order the part, but it never comes in. I never encountered a dealer so disloyal and unprofessional to their customers. I guess they have so much business from the TV commercial they don't care about repeat business.
