Bad buying and service. But contacted me trying to fix it. I had a bad experience at the beginning with my purchase. The Jeep renegade I bought had issues with the sunroof and they had to replace it. Also I had some issues with the service department after. However Tim the service manager is awesome and friendly. He is currently trying to help me solve my car issues. I appericiate the fact that they contacted me and are trying to help.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH Walked onto the car lot on 3/17/18. We were doing a trade in. I told the salesperson what vehicle i wanted and which features. I was trading in my older 2012 dodge durango crew. She sold me on a 2018 dodge durango gt with all the features. Ive had the truck since that day. iNCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We bought a truck from this dealership on September 25, 2017 everyone at the dealership was nice but now we have this problem. We live in TN we offered twice to register and pay the taxes in TN ourselves but they said they would take care of it. It is now November 9, 2017 and they still have not sent the $1126.68 to the State of TN so that we can get tags. Nor will they provide another temporary tag. Very poor communication Called about a Jeep Wrangler they had advertised on Saturday 9-30-17. Talked to a sales person and set up a time to come test drive and buy the vehicle. Stayed in communication with the dealer the rest of the night and all morning on Sunday 10-1-17, even up to the minute I was leaving my home witch is an hour and half from them. worst service department ever This dealership never ceases to amaze me! I waited for 3 hours fir an oil change and to have a nail removed and plugged...I assume they changed the oil - but I know they did not fix the tire with the nail....I hate this dealership. I should have bought my last Jeep from another dealer. BTW-I've had multiple bad experiences here! Run the other direction!

Bad service I made an appointment online to have my check engine serviced after one year of buying the car from this dealership. The appointment was for Monday at 7am.. I brought the car and was told that it will take three days to just do the diagnostic ???? What is the use of an appointment if your car is just intaked and just sitting three days. I leave out the country on Friday and was hoping to have an ideal the cost of repairs Or have them completed. Called on phone and put on hold for 20 mins.

Sale experience This is the first time in my life that I was denied the right to test drive a vehicle. I am a 57 year old Afro American and was told that the dealership does not allow test drives on Charger SRT8. This not a specialty vehicle. I have test driven an SRT8 before at another dealer in the pass. I wanted to see if the new 2017 model would make me want to buy. I guess Afro Americans are not allowed to test drive a vehicle at this dealership. Welcome to the new "Trump's America ".

Difficulty reaching anyone I have purchased 2 cars from this location. The prices are great however since my last purchase I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for MONTHS to get a copy of my warranty info because my transmission is slipping and needs to be fixed . They NEVER answer the phone or return calls and their mailbox for voicemails is full. They seem to only care when you are purchasing the cars after however.... I haven't been pleased.

Horrible experience Do not stop in the cars are not on the car lot but some remote lot You get to see one car at a time.
