Deceptive and Dishonest I was in Atlanta at a conference and as I was getting on the highway for the 500 mile drive home my transmission would not shift gears upon acceleration and I was told to get it to the nearest dealership which unfortunately was Landmark. Really Poor Service Last year, I bought a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee for my son. Last Friday, with only 11,000 miles, the car broke down and stranded my son. The service department said it would be several days before they could even look at it. When I raised concerns over the timeline, they suggested I take it to another dealer. Do not Service your car @ Landmark! Poor management DO NOT REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE AT LANDMARK! I've seen Landmarks dealership service department inside and out over the past sixty days, I've dealt with two baffling issues, dozens of phone calls, and several in disappointing in-person encounters. Dear SRT_JEEP, We did not do the body repairs on the vehicle. It was repaired by another Company. In the accident the transmission on your vehicle was damaged. The independent body shop could not do this repair and it was sent to us. All repairs had to be authorized by your insurance company. A time delay was due to the insurance company requesting us to try a repair instead of replacing the part. I honestly believe I made a mistake I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee earlier this year. Today I brought my vehicle for its first service. The routine services plus I wanted them to look into the 4 outstanding recall notifications. Unprofessional This particular location is very unprofessional. This was the first time i have actually contacted these people in regards to a part i was looking for. I called them this morning and i had to call 6 times and was transferred 7 and even asked for a manager(which i did not speak with). These people did not answer the phone each time i got transferred. the worst every The worst ever. If it were up to this Dealership if I were to ever purchase a Chrysler, Doge or Jeep, Ram again, I WOULD NEVER EVER BY THIS BRAND OF VEHICLE. This Dealership is less that 2 miles from my house and I cannot take my vehicle there for any kind of service. I have told everyone that will listen do not purchase from them or take your vehicle there for service. and I did complain to the Manager who acted like I did something wrong by complaining. They need to get their act together.

Repeated delays in delivery of vehicle We are currently receiving exceptionally poor customer service for a Jeep Renegade we purchased last week at Landmark Atlanta. They promised to have the vehicle transferred from Morrow and ready for pick-up by Wednesday January 14. They have now delayed delivery twice, and we have now been told it might not be until the following week before we receive the vehicle.
