No one seems to care If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is the definition of the ole bait and switch. I was excited at first to buy my new car and then the nickel and diming began. I was actually penalized because I got a lower rate of financing then they offered. First they reduced a rebate $1000 because I received a lower rate of financing. They didn’t tell me. Terrible Communication and Reps It's been over a month, and I have yet to receive an update on a part after I have called multiple times and emailed the service rep. I was in there 2/21 and for it to be 3/31 it's makes no sense as to why I can't get an update on the part needed to repair my now 1yr old car that I bought brand new from delearship. Landmark Service is a DISASTER Every dealership is busy. I completely understand that. I scheduled warranty work almost 2 weeks in advance and dropped my Jeep off early due to meetings I had scheduled. My assigned service consultant was late so after waiting a while one of the other guys decided to get me going. Totally appreciate that. Worst experience ever First I want to make clear that this opinion is for the services department,the people here are not friendly This opinion is based on two visits, the first was an oil change for which I had to wait almost 4 hours although I had been told it would be done in 1h. Non communicating waste of time Had me wait over 4 hours only to be told they didnt have the part. They had the same problem with a lady this morning when i was dropping off only they told her chrysler didnt have her part and they didnt know when it would be made again.

This dealership seems to struggle with everything.. I brought my truck in for service. I made an appointment prior and was told drop off was a 5 minute process and a loaner would be ready. The summary is it took 45 min to find a loaner. They could not find everything in 150% of the time specified. Don’t bother I spoke with three different people at the dealership about intermittent issues with my soft top Sebring, was assured they had resources to address the issue, and was told to set an appointment which I did. After showing up early for the appointment due to my work schedule, I was told that nobody really knows how to diagnose electrical/computer issues of this type, but they’d take a look at it for a diagnostic fee which I thought was fair. THE Most unprofessional and ignorant sales people ever The Sales person, Michelle was unprofessional, She didn't know how to help me so she basically told me I couldn't purchase a car. Bad energy all around. I don't see how she sells anything, honestly. Didn't want to listen to my situation and gave me wrong information. Terrible place. I went to Rick Hendrick right after a purchased a brand new car.

Terrible Experience I am so shocked by the lack of professionalism the employees at this dealership have. My initial interaction with salesperson Jarred Perkins was a positive one.
