I recently signed a lease with Launch apartments. The staff and atmosphere were very welcoming. The leasing process was pretty fast from when I decided to sign to when we got everything in order. They were very helpful giving me clear guidelines on the stuff I would need because this was my first time signing a lease.

The maintenance staff here are the best. They're hard workers and always try to make the residents smile. They even offered me water when I got caught out in the heat earlier this semester. I am a Purdue grad student and I am really enjoying renting here.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff in the office and maintenance workers are helpful and kind. My apartment might be older, but it's cozy and comfortable. I honestly don't think there's anywhere better around the area (especially if you're attending Purdue).

I am a Purdue graduate student and I absolutely love the location of Launch Apartments in proximity to campus. For someone who loves walking, I walk to campus every day (~15 min walk). There is also a bus across the street that goes straight to campus for those who do not like to walk. I also LOVE the proximity to Happy Hollow Park for recreation. I absolutely love my apartment and I have planned to stay until I graduate. However, next year the price will go up from $590 when I started to $675 (if I renew by today and more if I don't, tier system). It already increased to $618 on my second year. My friends who live in other apartments around never have to worry about their rent fee increases. This gives me the opportunities to reflect on whether I should stay or leave.
