I'm not sure if this vet is encouraging good reviews but my experience was less than par. I called the moment they opened to see of they could get my 10 year old dog in bc she was coughing. They first said they would not see my dog since she hasn't had a annual exam with them then tried to send me to an emergency hospital. I said it was not an emergency and i was happy to pay for an exam. She said she would check with a doctor and call me back. I got a call back that they could squeeze me in with a "small" wait. I switched my dog to a commercial raw diet after being unsatisfied with his health & eating habits on a quality kibble diet. Though I transitioned correctly, he still had mucusy diarrhea for 10 days. I was concerned, as he only weighs 5 lbs., so I asked for a fecal test from Laurelwood just in case he ate something he shouldn't have & it was making him sick. For a while, we felt that our pets were cared for, but about three or four years ago, environment in clinic seemed to change. Appears vet was too busy to listen to concerns over pain symptoms and when questioned, rude, loud, seemingly tried to intimidate us into not questioning re concerning symptoms. Our pet suffered and died as it appears vet did not want to listen. Unimaginable suffering by our beloved pet (a crushing pain for us to bear), we do not recommend this clinic.

Hello, I found Dr. Earp's treatment of my Labrador to be very poor. I later spoke with 3 veterinarians about the course of diagnose and treatment that Dr. Earp did over 8 months. Each vehemently disagreed with what Dr. Earp did. I would not recommend Dr. Earp under any circumstance, sadly. I initially trusted him, but later became upset as his increasing apparent lack of proficiency, which later was confirmed by 3 independent doctors. I then filed a complaint with the Oregon Veterinary Examiner's Board.
