Well, i can say that I've gone to the DMV and hab better luck getting a smile or a Thank You . . these guys are GRUMPY! ALLEN, who works at the Los Altos location off of Spring St. is a JERK!! We were trying to open up a checking account but after seeing how everyone was, we changed our minds! Is it really that difficult to be courteous? I mean, really?
