Just got a vehicle and should have just went with USAA for the loan instead of being talked into this bank at the dealership. You don't take payments online using another bank? Calling my bank to see if I can just switch the loan over without huge fees. My credit will not suffer because I have a late payment because I have to write a check and send it to you like I live in the 1990s.
Horrible. Good luck changing an address. They make you jump through hoops to get your own bill. I guess no members ever move or update there address because they are lost when you call and try to give them a new address. Thanks for making moving even more frustrating.
Terrible and Confusing customer service. This is for one specific person handling IRA's. Our family's been with this Credit Union since the 70's. I wanted to have a direct transfer of my IRA from another Credit Union to this one. The Asian woman (only mentioned because she seemed confused and perhaps should not be dealing directly with IRA or any tax related issues) was unable to help with my request. As soon as I arrived to the outside line I wasn't even greeted! Example: hi welcome to LBSFCU, how can I help you? Claudia the girl who helped me looked disturbed by just me being there to pay my loan. I will change my review once this approached to customers changes. At least act like u care just a little, I will help.
Have Been a member of this credit union since 1981, Service has surly fallen way below par. I live out of the area and with the service I have been receiving it is time to move on. They have my money and refuse to give it to me. I simply just want to wire transfer it to local credit union and their solution of running up my credit card debt due to their incompetence is absurd to the point I have filed a complaint with the credit union regulators. if you are banking on excuses and apologizes this is the place for you. Terrible Service, long lines, they close a minute early. Teller at window is rude. Payment was due that day and received a late payment on my account. Don't bank her they cost you nothing but time and money. The only cool person there is the security guard. He gets 5 stars and the only good thing about the damn place.
I hardly ever write a review but I was so disappointed the first time I entered LBS I had to write something. I am a new customer to this bank and my experience inside the bank was not very pleasant. I agree with a previous review that the employees have an "I don't care attitude." The lady in the front desk was not pleasant, I wish I would have gotten her name. Insanely slow lines! This afternoon I waited for 25 minutes until I gave up. During that time, the woman at the window managed to process only 1 customer fully (someone who was making a deposit: how complicated can that be?) and was still dealing with a second customer (who was simply cashing a check). In the middle of that transaction, she disappeared for a good 5 minutes, and that's when I decided to leave. I'd like to say this complaint is directed at LBS Financial in general, and not specifically at this branch. The majority of the staff I've interacted with in person and over the phone have an "I can't help you with that" attitude. I am frequently met with combative and rude responses. I remember how surprised I was when I actually got someone polite and helpful. I should have taken down her name, because when I called back and got someone else, I was told "I can't do that."
