The lady in the reception is so F rude, not giving me time just because I came to the bank in my PJs judging me by appearance not knowing how much money I actually have in the damn bank. So unprofessional I swear one more incident and I'm going to CHASE they are way more professional
The worst experience I have ever had with a financial institute. I have experienced nothing but wrong information and issues tying to make my payment. This is nothing but a scam filled with rude unhelpful people who constantly accuse the customer and do nothing to actually assist in fixing the process. IF you don't do anything with your money, it's fine. My issues are: 1. If I write a check to anybody and they try to cash it? I get a phone call. I appreciate the security measure, I guess, but it's super annoying that somebody can't cash a check I write them without the bank calling me. 2. The mobile deposit app is great UNLESS you happen to actually use it a lot. There's a cap on deposits. It's a 30 day cap. That cap doesn't automatically reset on the 1st of the month. It's ongoing. Love the fact that you can get one free bank check a month. Which I use for rent but I'm sitting here now. No customers and I've been waiting 10 minutes. 4 women at their desk one on phone. Another helping something and one doing paper work. The fourth came out saw me sitting and played with paper until the front desk lady told her I was waiting. Overheard her say she didn't see me then she told me that she didn't know I was waiting. Thought I was with someone else. Wtf lorie

What a poor excuse of a credit union. Just found finance charges of 50% on my statement. Apparently, we are being charged a daily interest rate on top of an annual interest rate. I called the supervisor for LBS Credit Union and she stated that there was nothing that she can do. I make my $323.36 payments every month. Can't accept payment from another bank account/debit/credit online at all. They want you to put money into an account that they make you at LBS. Then they try and make you pay it from that account. What a joke. Then if you do online bill-pay at your respectable bank it takes LBS 6+ days just to process it and take the money. Yet everyone else either takes it the same day they get it, or even a day early. Gentlemen on the phone insists they process it the day they get it. I don't like this credit union at all, my husband is just afraid to move on. I have been carrying an 760 credit score for about 4 yrs now. I have no outstanding debts or collections on either of my three reports, but for some reason the two times I tried to transfer my car loan over to them I was denied. Between my husband, my children an myself we have 4 accounts with them at times holding up to thirty thousand dollars, an they wouldn't finance 8,000??? Probably one of the most inept credit unions I've ever had the displeasure of banking with. Their site and technology is outdated. You can't make online payments. You have to go into the branch to set up a withdrawal from another credit union. The workers are near useless. I previously had an auto deduct to pay for a motorcycle loan the dealer set up for me through this institution.
