This bank has seen several names on its facade. The entry is now in the rear. During banking hours it offers a walk up window as well as two ATMs open 24/7 . The ATMs offer both $5 & $20 bills. Plenty of parking. At peek houses it gets busy. It is well staffed.

I worked with Jesus Torrontegui at the Bixby Knolls branch in Long Beach, CA to make revisions to joint accounts after a family member passed away. The process took a considerable amount of time but Jesus was patient and very helpful.

First time banking with any credit union. I am coming from BofA, and I had so many questions about checking, savings, and credit card options. I am very satisfied with LBSFCU and Christina for breaking down the differences between both institutions, and she showed me the benefits with banking with them. I was in and out within an hour, and I did not feel rushed. I hope my banking with LBSFCU will be fruitful. I recommend LBSFCU for anyone wanting to bank with a credit union in the Long Beach area.

Love coming to this credit union. It can be packed, but everyone is extremely helpful and caring! Jonathan D. is very hardworking and fast. The line was long, but I saw him taking care a lot of people. He also made my visit fast. Christina is also very helpful and truly cares about the members. She helped me during my visit and solve my banking account problem.

To whom this may concern. I had a wonderful experience with a young man who is one of your tellers by the name of Jonathan O. With my dad who is 91 years old and I have been a nervous wreck every since I left the VA hospital when I came in this young man, Jonathan met me with a very pleasant smile, as if he knew me I appreciated his listening to me and the few words that he shared was awesome. I just want you guys to know that he was a blessing to me in the most simplest way. During a difficult time in my life.
