I walked in not knowing what to expect I knew I was going for a consolidation of debt loan but I wasn't sure how it worked. Stina was very clear, very genuine and caring. She answered all the questions I had throughly, and explained every step of the process. Thank you so much Stina I am happy to become a member of this branch! I just opened my account with LBS Financial Credit Union. So far, every staff member I have interacted with has been kind and helpful, especially Member Care Representative Stina Razo. Stina helped me with setting up my account. She quickly responded to messages and questions, and her guidance not only made the process easy but also left me feeling more informed and knowledgeable about how things work.

Why wouldn't you want to bank here? This place is incredible my friend showed me this bank after I closed my chase and was struggling to find something better I'm sure you wanna know how does it get better than one of the biggest banks in America... freaking haven't had an over draft here in 4 years I used to get charged for bank fee it would over drag and they would charge for that overdraft for an account that I had already took all the money out of and tried to close they charged me for the rest of that month and didn't c... read more

This branch is always so clean and the staff is always friendly. The lines tend to clear quickly and the supervisor are always available when I have needed them. Which isn't often. This has been by far the best credit union I've done business with.

I visited this branch recently to open a new account and the customer service from the bankers at the desk were super rude and condescending. Jesus was super snappy towards me and just gave terrible customer service. I was over it and just wanted the service to be over with. It seemed like he was annoyed because I was asking questions as it was my first time opening an account on my own since high school. Nonetheless, he did get the service I needed done. Bank tellers were great.

Had to go to this branch to get a new debit card due to fraud on my existing card. My home branch is at CSULB but they didn't have the black LB debit card. Jesus gave me my newly activated card within minutes of checking in. Thank you for the efficiency! Took off a star for both the the ATM's outside out of service for me to test my newly activated black LB debit card. A plus, this branch is larger than the others and in a great shopping center location.
