It's the beginning of October when people pay bills and there is only 2 tellers working.
First time coming here. The reviews are bad, but thought just for one transaction how bad could it be. Well the branch is supposed to open at 9:30am. They're not opening until 10am today due to a Holiday Breakfast. What kind of crap is that for a banking institution??? Glad it's not my credit union...only here to cash a member check. Utterly ridiculous!
This is literally the worst Credit Union shared branch that I've ever been to. The outside walk upstairs service is supposed to start at 8:30 a.m. but it's never open and thus you have to wait till 9:30 for the lobby hours to open. The customer service is generally not good here. I used to bring my rent checks here because this is the closest Branch to my house. After 6 months of bringing my rent checks here with no problem. Been coming here for years and its absolutely insane that everytime I come in there is only 2-3 bank tellers and about 20 people in line. I've come just about every day to see if there is any day that would be the fastest but no, sometimes I'm forced to stay because I need my payment done. If you dont mind the commute to the 10th and ximeno LBS, I would recommend you go over there.
Never get a loan with them. We were forced into a loan due to mismanagement at a car dealership. This bank milks their loans. No matter what day you pay, they will never process the payment until the actual day it is due. They don't want to lose any interest, I guess. I have never worked with a credit union that was so self-serving. Saturday at 11:00 and there are 3 tellers and about thirty people in line...that's 3. 0. Terrible!
I used to love my bank, now I don't. Here's why: 1) I'm presently standing in the line on a Saturday that has about 12 people in it and 2 tellers. 2) We used to have a walk up window outside during the week and weekend now that's closed. Everything EVERYTHING takes forever to get done and there are no bankers on the weekend either. I'm ready to shift all my business over to my new bank. Only reason I'm giving one star is because The Security guards are cool.
The only reasons I cannot give more stars are these: Been here 20 years or so. But two things have changed which really bum me out. 1. They changed their hours to later morning hours which means I cannot make my cash deposits anymore. BECAUSE 2. They do not allow anything larger than a 50 dollar bill to be deposited in ATM machines. I work full time and only have to make a cash deposit once a month. I need reasonable hours to do this AND a reasonable ATM. Might have to switch. Really sad because I love this bank (b... read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. Customer service is basically void. If you decide to stand in the line long enough to wait. How do you have a line full of people and your tellers are walking around slowly like they have nothing to do. Or you have tellers doing nothing. This is completely ridiculous.
