Omg went in just to get a freaking check and it took the guy (Kolby) forever!!!!something that should of taken 10 minutes took almost 25 minutes. Ridiculous Won't be coming back to this branch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

app stop showing the deposited checks. Their phone app is far from helpful. Brought my kids in to open a bank account and they wanted to charge me $50.00 also the lady at the front was super rude so we just walked out. They need to get some friendlier people working there for sure.

First time coming here. The reviews are bad, but thought just for one transaction how bad could it be. Well the branch is supposed to open at 9:30am. They're not opening until 10am today due to a Holiday Breakfast. What kind of crap is that for a banking institution??? Glad it's not my credit union...only here to cash a member check. Utterly ridiculous!

We had our annual holiday staff event this morning which is the one time a year we take our staff offsite and open the branches and call center a half hour late. We had signage at the branch for the last week and on our website about us opening later. Unfortunately, we didn't catch you before you came out. This is literally the worst Credit Union shared branch that I've ever been to. The outside walk upstairs service is supposed to start at 8:30 a.m. but it's never open and thus you have to wait till 9:30 for the lobby hours to open. The customer service is generally not good here. I used to bring my rent checks here because this is the closest Branch to my house. After 6 months of bringing my rent checks here with no problem. Been coming here for years and its absolutely insane that everytime I come in there is only 2-3 bank tellers and about 20 people in line. I've come just about every day to see if there is any day that would be the fastest but no, sometimes I'm forced to stay because I need my payment done. If you dont mind the commute to the 10th and ximeno LBS, I would recommend you go over there.

Never get a loan with them. We were forced into a loan due to mismanagement at a car dealership. This bank milks their loans. No matter what day you pay, they will never process the payment until the actual day it is due. They don't want to lose any interest, I guess. I have never worked with a credit union that was so self-serving. I used to love my bank, now I don't. Here's why: 1) I'm presently standing in the line on a Saturday that has about 12 people in it and 2 tellers. 2) We used to have a walk up window outside during the week and weekend now that's closed. Everything EVERYTHING takes forever to get done and there are no bankers on the weekend either. I'm ready to shift all my business over to my new bank. Only reason I'm giving one star is because The Security guards are cool.
