This place have been good with good service but... the lady by the name of Iris do not know what she is doing someone need to train her again seems like she just a kick out of delivering bad news.. I have no problems with any other person that work here but every time I get her she always makes a problem I just think she needs more training because she be looking clueless as far as how to help people.

I have been with the LBSFCU since 1994 and I haven't had any problems at the Bixby Knolls branch. I like their customer service and the ATM's are fairly fast especially now how they have them set up. At times, when I arrive at the bank, if the outside lines are long, I usually go inside where as they are much faster than the outside walk-ups. But of course if it's crowded inside and outside, I make my way to the Bellflower branch where I am always in and out...no problem. Other than that, I love my Bixby Knolls branch. ... read more

I prefer the walk up window or the outside ATM it's usually pretty quick I'm in and out if there they have those omg days but overall its a short wait in line and the armed security guard on staff is a plus saving me and my money from the bad guys who might be lurking in the area. Outside of the bank This time of the year the lines are very long especially as you get closer to Christmas I just go with the flow being irritated at the teller is not cool they are working to help us and they type pretty fast. ***1/2 I "bank" here only because I don't want to support greedy banks who are corrupt/take bail-outs/etc. The ATM does not work at times. They are not opened on Sundays and the staff has extended holiday days off (like Christmas eve) so I cannot reach them on days like this. But the staff is usually friendly, at least.

My local bank :) ATM is very accessible and just a tip the bank teller outside gets busy and the line is no joke!

Always crowded on the 1st and last day of every month. Saturday is always packed due to the fact there is only 2 outside window tellers.

This credit union is great. They are remodeling the shopping center, but the branch is still really easy to get to. The ATM is easy to get to and the parking lot is large. There might be a line at the walk up teller window on paydays or Saturdays, but don't complain. If you don't like it, get direct deposit and use an ATM card!

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would luckily for them I cannot but the worker name Angie is very unprofessional , she was extremely rude to me and I inform them before about this situation, it doesn't seem like they resolve it because again when I came in she was extremely rude and had foul language. I would really like if the manager can speak to her to let her know to be more respectful.

How can I give 0 stars???? I used to do my primary banking at this bank, but there's always a situation always a drama always a hold back or something is broken. Today I bring in a large check for my bank that's directly across the street. Took me two minutes to get here and they want to put a five day hold on a bank check. It's a cashiers check. I'll let them know bring the manager over here and talk to them directly!!!! So people if you have money and you are of color I would question if this is the bank for you!!
