Love coming to this credit union. It can be packed, but everyone is extremely helpful and caring! Jonathan D. is very hardworking and fast. The line was long, but I saw him taking care a lot of people. He also made my visit fast. Christina is also very helpful and truly cares about the members. She helped me during my visit and solve my banking account problem.

To whom this may concern. I had a wonderful experience with a young man who is one of your tellers by the name of Jonathan O. With my dad who is 91 years old and I have been a nervous wreck every since I left the VA hospital when I came in this young man, Jonathan met me with a very pleasant smile, as if he knew me I appreciated his listening to me and the few words that he shared was awesome. I just want you guys to know that he was a blessing to me in the most simplest way. During a difficult time in my life.

See my prior review for other detailed information related to this Credit Union. This is an update review because it's been 11 years since the last update. I will always give props to favorite credit Union for various reasons they have awesome customer service qualified support staff willing and able to help. This has been the only location where I bank going on 33 1/2 years it's clean well staffed more importantly the lines go fast when it's crowded. Every time I go to this bank to get customer service in whatever I may need help in they are always so very very helpful and kind. They make me want to come back more and more. I walked in not knowing what to expect I knew I was going for a consolidation of debt loan but I wasn't sure how it worked. Stina was very clear, very genuine and caring. Once again, I have nothing but good things to say about LBS. They are always polite and patient with me when I call them with a problem or question. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account, and when I called to report it, I was really upset, but after talking to LBS, I was so relieved; they listened and assured me they would credit my account for the full amount while they did the investigation, and they did just that. Thank you, LBS! You are the best.
