I visited this branch recently to open a new account and the customer service from the bankers at the desk were super rude and condescending. Jesus was super snappy towards me and just gave terrible customer service. I was over it and just wanted the service to be over with. It seemed like he was annoyed because I was asking questions as it was my first time opening an account on my own since high school. Nonetheless, he did get the service I needed done. Bank tellers were great.

Had to go to this branch to get a new debit card due to fraud on my existing card. My home branch is at CSULB but they didn't have the black LB debit card. Jesus gave me my newly activated card within minutes of checking in. Thank you for the efficiency! Took off a star for both the the ATM's outside out of service for me to test my newly activated black LB debit card. A plus, this branch is larger than the others and in a great shopping center location.

LBS Federal Credit Union saved the day for us! This is going to be lengthy, so let me begin by saying I was with Schools First FCU for years and never had a good feeling about them, the attitude from the tellers to L officers. Then we discovered SFFCU used Cenlar as their mortgage sub-servicer during a refi, they were and are, a total scam and rip off. In 2021, the OCC took action against Cenlar, no surprise there! I love my bank. They always are nice over the phone. Sometimes the dispute process takes too long, but otherwise this bank has low fees. They get my money back usually, sometimes they can't honor the dispute, otherwise I'm kind so they are kind.

Absolutely the best credit union I have ever dealt with. Excellent customer service and personal care at LBSCU in Long Beach at the Ximeno location. The manager Valerie is wonder and dedicated to making each transaction smooth and reliable. The tellers are friendly and very competent. There is never a long wait and has an outdoor teller to assist customers on nice days when you want to enjoy the weather.
