LBS Federal Credit Union saved the day for us! This is going to be lengthy, so let me begin by saying I was with Schools First FCU for years and never had a good feeling about them, the attitude from the tellers to L officers. Then we discovered SFFCU used Cenlar as their mortgage sub-servicer during a refi, they were and are, a total scam and rip off. In 2021, the OCC took action against Cenlar, no surprise there! I love my bank. They always are nice over the phone. Sometimes the dispute process takes too long, but otherwise this bank has low fees. They get my money back usually, sometimes they can't honor the dispute, otherwise I'm kind so they are kind.

Absolutely the best credit union I have ever dealt with. Excellent customer service and personal care at LBSCU in Long Beach at the Ximeno location. The manager Valerie is wonder and dedicated to making each transaction smooth and reliable. The tellers are friendly and very competent. There is never a long wait and has an outdoor teller to assist customers on nice days when you want to enjoy the weather. Love the LBS CU, My mom and grandmother also have an account with them. We have been with this bank for over 25 years and we just love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change about the Atlantic branch, they are in need of a remodel on the inside other than that "thank you" LBS for being there for me and my family!

This place have been good with good service but... the lady by the name of Iris do not know what she is doing someone need to train her again seems like she just a kick out of delivering bad news.. I have no problems with any other person that work here but every time I get her she always makes a problem I just think she needs more training because she be looking clueless as far as how to help people.

I have been with the LBSFCU since 1994 and I haven't had any problems at the Bixby Knolls branch. I like their customer service and the ATM's are fairly fast especially now how they have them set up. At times, when I arrive at the bank, if the outside lines are long, I usually go inside where as they are much faster than the outside walk-ups. But of course if it's crowded inside and outside, I make my way to the Bellflower branch where I am always in and out...no problem. Other than that, I love my Bixby Knolls branch. ... read more
