    Works. Expensive. Can't believe I voluntarily gouge myself by paying these prices for ink.

    Ink did not last for much printing I would have said I was happy with this product; it looked fine, fit my printer as stated. 3 rating is because I am disappointed since I paid for the high yield which is stated to be for 600 pages and it is no where near that amount.

    Feeling cheated! Very disappointed! I ordered this product October 22, but I did not have a need to open it until today, November 26. When I inserted the yellow cartridge into my computer the volume level measured less than half. The magenta was full. Have not opened the blue yet. I simply feel very cheated.

    I would like to exchange these were advertised to fit my printer and they do not. I would like to exchange them

    One Star Useless but I think it was because my brothers bring was broken.

    Didn't print any better than cartridge it replaced Print quality was deplorable, colors were faded, not blended, striped. Didn't print any better than cartridge it replaced. Bought new ink cart locally, thinking the problem may have been the printer settings, but, local ink cart printed my documents well. Very disappointing. If I could have rated ZERO Stars, I would have. Total and complete waste of time and money.

    Faulty cartridges??? I have tried multiple times to use these cartridges and failed. I even called in my technical support advisor and he was unable to get the printing to work. Tried reseating the cartridges (all three of them) but the machine indicates they are defective. I ordered a black cartridge at the same time and it will not work either. I have become very frustrated and would like to get a refund.

    very low volume of ink in new cartridge. when I used the first one of the three color cartridges, it showed a very low volume of ink. It was ordered about 4 months ago and was still in the original plastic shrink wrap and unopened outer box. I believe it is defective and so may be the other two cartridges in the box. Can anyone suggest how to get a refund or replacement? thanks PS: I searched the Brother support website; only related FAQ I could find was for using a replacement cartridge instead of the special installations ... read more
