LeafGuard sales and Installation crew did an excellent job on our gutters as we had a non standard fascia.We purchased our LeafGuard system thru Costco which saved us money as well.
I was satisfied with everything. I'm happy with what LeafGuard has done. I'm happy with the product, workmanship, and their courtesy. I've had no problems with them whatsoever.
The work LeafGuard of Chicago did to my home really improves the overall look. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of materials.
I am satisfied with the installation and communication between the installers. They explained how downspouts work and how I didn't have enough of them before. Since we've had the installation I've had no moisture or rain in my basement. I would've from the last heavy rain we had.
I would highly recommend Leafguard for anyone, especially those who live alone, because it is very difficult for people like me to get up there and clean gutters. It is a little more than the normal market price, but it is worth it for the safety factor and I like the idea of having no maintenance. I had a good experience with LeafGuard of Chicago form the time I spoke with the salesperson, to the scheduling, and through out the installation.
They came out to my house and were exactly on time. They gave a thorough presentation of their product, how it works, what the warranty was, and what the cost was. When we decided on a time they were on time, did the job, cleaned up after themselves, and left the site as clean as it was before. They did a great job. It was the highest quality.
I had some gutter things, like the inside of the gutters, so they don't clog: Leaf Guard. I'm satisfied but I don't know if I overpaid. If price wasn't an issue I would say I had a positive experience with them. I'll give them a 7.
