The team installed the gutters in a way who is illegal for townhouses and created us more flooding then previously. Before the installation I talked about this problem with Zack then later on with Jacob and his team. Nobody want to help us with our problem and I don't have any call back. Plus they didn't completely close some gutters on the top part
Poor workmanship!,
I feel the salesman overstated the possible problems with the fascia. They did not have to replace much, and the workers said it was in good shape. No mention was made of possible lead paint causing a delay. The installers started ripping down the gutters and then left them in non working condition for several heavy rains waiting for the construction team

Leaf Guard was deceitful in their representation to us. We wanted to get a repair, and they wound up doing new gutters when we didn't need that. The representative came back a second time unannounced. He was not a reasonable person to talk to, and I didn't want them to come back here, especially that person.
We had to get a lawyer to get Leafguard to come back and correct the problem. They won't answer any phone call, email or text, and would not even call us back. The water was coming down and messing up my foundation. They also disrespected me and my wife and our home. The only way we could get to them is by getting a lawyer, and I'm very disappointed with the seller and the production manager. The management was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them. The installation was excellent. The cleanup was poor.
I would not recommend them. If they come back to fix issues which are multiple I would maybe change my recommendation but they did not do what they say they will like wood replacement, clean up and installation errors. Paint is already coming off gutters also
The price is very high.
