It was a quiet, Monday night with only a cuple of other tables occupied. Service was prompt but low-energy and not very warm/friendly. I put it down to the slow business of the evening, and am hoping that it will be different on other occasions. The tea leaf salad was less flavorful than all our previous experiences, but it remains a family favorite!
We love Rangoon Ruby and have been there many times. You don’t really need a reservation even in a Saturday night. They have lots of vegan options for myself and Don and my husband who is not a vegan lives the other dishes. I highly recommend it.
Rangoon Ruby is a “go to” – great consistent quality, flavours, and service.

The food was delicious and I appreciate the many gluten-free offerings.
Very noisy people were dining next to us. It was so unbearable and my husband asked them to tone down. Meals were reasonably good except for the fact that I found a metal piece in my soup. They said it must have be gotten in from the ceiling fan when they cleaned it. Not a good feeling!! They apologized but that’s all. Our server was fantastic. Super sweet and helpful
Fantastic food and great service! It has such a wonderful selection of Burmese dishes and they are all well prepared and delicious. So thankful to have such a quality restaurant in the area. This is a great location for a quality family meal or a night out with that special someone.
