The unsung hero on Laurel Street in San Carlos. Incredible flavors in an elegant setting. I frequent this restaurant.
Food is unusual, fresh and tasty as always. We come to Rangoon Ruby frequently for lunches and dinners. Also for birthday or anniversary parties. It is a small restaurant so reservations needed.

food just ok, charged too much for the type and quality of the food. The guy who brought the food was GREAT, but the waiter is just an odd ball
Good it was nice
New Year’s Eve dinner. Restaurant was quite vacant surprisingly. Food is always good here. Discovered the basil chili beef and it was amazing. Tea leaf salad is good as always it’s nice that they can mix it again table side. My Chardonnay had turned but they replaced it.
