We started with the samosas which were large and very tasty. The Black Tea salad is a combination of many tastes and textures; this is really a must try dish. We also shared the chicken pumpkin stew and the lamb kubet, which is similar to Mongolian lamb. It should be noted that this is a wine only establishment, no bar, Nice selection but a bit pricey. The staff was very helpful in making selections and clearing dishes. Noise level rose as the place filled up. We definitely plan on returning to try some other food items.
We've been to Rangoon Ruby several times. The food is consistently good, with unique spicing and sauces. We have been working our way down the menu. Their signature dishes, including the tea leaf salad, are always tasty and very special. The service is outstanding, timely and responsive. Good wine list and draft beer list.
I've been here for lunch 4 times and can't get enough of the tea leaf salad. Enjoy the fiery tofu and an eggplant dish. All their dishes are good, but certain ones really stand out and I plan to be back soon and try something new. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating. Yes, it is loud, but these days it seems that all the restaurants are loud. This is not as loud as some of the places along Laurel.
Great cuisine- fresh, a culinary experience with the right blend of meats and rice dishes.

Another great meal at another great find! This is one of Laurel's hidden gems. We were able to get a same-day reservation for four at 6:30, but by the time we left, the restaurant was packed. Our order was prompt, fresh, and tasted amazing!
This restaurant is very special. Invite someone who is adventurous. The tea leaf salad is fresh and artfully served. The Mango Chicken is excellent! Next time I will experiment further! Always a treat!
From appetizers to main course to desserts, everything is delicious! Great service, always! Love this restaurant!
This was my second time and it keep getting better! Loved the Mint Jalapeno Pork! And the Burmese Rice is to die for! I can't wait to g back.
