This was my second visit to Rangoon Ruby's. I had lunch the first time. It was great. My husband and friends enjoyed it soo much. We had the calamari for and appetizer, shared a Burmese chicken salad. Everything was excellent!!!We had the chili beef, the sesame beef, salmon with vegetables and the deep fried salmon balls. Outstanding!!!
I was pleasantly surprized as to what a hip and trendy restaurant this was. The food was so flavorable and I loved my whole coconut drink. The flat screen T.V's outside and inside the restaurant were a fun touch. A bright, minimal, hip place with delecious clean and flavorful food@ 2 thumbs up.
Ruby Rangoon is a perfect blend of traditional elegance with a slight hint of trendiness. Having reservations we were seated promptly by our cheerful hostess Samantha. Our server Carlos knew the menu by heart and suggested a roti-like pancake, Basil Chili Beef, and other tasty dishes. Despite a busy night, he exhibited a sense of humor and served with a smile. Got the lamb curry for lunch with a side of rice. The lamb was completely inedible, too tough to even cut let alone chew!

Not what it used to be. Seems like the location is no longer as popular before covid.
Have been at this restaurant numerous times but was disappointed with all aspects of this evening. The food quality was below expectations and the presentation was below standards.
