I have used Lee a few times now, my family as well and there is no one more helpful, responsive or knowledgeable and given a choice I will always choose to work with Lee. Lee helped us purchase our first home and got us the best program to fit our needs! He was always available and keeping us updated throughout the process. We weren’t expecting to be able to purchase a home during this market, but he worked his magic for us! The down payment and interest rate was much lower than we anticipated! We highly recommend him to anyone & everyone! Shena & Mia were also extremely helpful throughout this process! We closed in 22 days!!

Lee got his Guaranteed Rate VA mortgage loan team up and running in early January 2023 to meet a closing date of Feb 23rd which is very rare for this type of loan that requires a lot of paperwork and verifications. I gave his team a deadline of Feb 24th because I planned and pre-paid a ski trip to Aspen Snowmass and they beat it by a day which allowed me to leave early and start skiing on time! They literally sped through all the VA document and funding requirements which is not usually the case.

When we bought our property in North Idaho, we tried multiple lenders but none of them could get it done because of the uniqueness of the property.
