Lee got his Guaranteed Rate VA mortgage loan team up and running in early January 2023 to meet a closing date of Feb 23rd which is very rare for this type of loan that requires a lot of paperwork and verifications. I gave his team a deadline of Feb 24th because I planned and pre-paid a ski trip to Aspen Snowmass and they beat it by a day which allowed me to leave early and start skiing on time! They literally sped through all the VA document and funding requirements which is not usually the case.

When we bought our property in North Idaho, we tried multiple lenders but none of them could get it done because of the uniqueness of the property. Lee saved our entire house deal and we couldn’t be more thankful to him and his team. Throughout the entire process from preapproval to when my loan got financed Lee made everything very simple and extremely quick. Starting at preapproval it only took 15 mins of work on my side and Lee came back to me right away to give me the green light to look for a home. Once I found my home Lee was on top of everything and answered any of my questions within 5 mins or less to the point that he made it able for us to close on our house an entire week early which made things very good for us. Update: I came back to Lee to handle my refinances in two different states. We did the applications together, and it was very easy for me, the consumer.
