Lee is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish he was attentive to where our loan was in its process and was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. Although I was unfamiliar with the company Guaranteed Rate, my real estate agent recommended I contact Lee, and assured me there was little chance I could get a lower rate anywhere else. Not only is he knowledgeable and helpful throughout a stressful process but also very personable and fun to work with. He is readily available and has A LOT of patience. Lee was a fantastic broker to work with! He was available at all hours and considering he returned many calls while vacationing with his family, I have nothing but wonderful things to say.
