We closed our loan in record time. This was the best closing we have ever had on a home loan. Lee and his team are very organized and efficient. Forms and documents they needed were easy to upload and submit through their system. Communication was outstanding. If I had any questions they were quickly answered. Lee was great! I wanted to take advantage of covid historic low refi rates after construction loan and he locked it!.....and held it! Construction refis can be stressful, but Lee made it easier.
We recently bought a home in Sagle, Idaho. Lee Harding did our loan documents. This was quite the adventure. There were many unforeseen road bumps; this purchase was a challenge.
