Throughout the entire process from preapproval to when my loan got financed Lee made everything very simple and extremely quick. Starting at preapproval it only took 15 mins of work on my side and Lee came back to me right away to give me the green light to look for a home. Update: I came back to Lee to handle my refinances in two different states. We did the applications together, and it was very easy for me, the consumer. From date of application to cash in my bank, it was 31 days for 2 refinances!! Lee made this process easy. He was the best in price, and by far the best in service. Lee and his associates were super helpful as I applied for a loan for my new retirement home. Since construction was delayed due to the pandemic and supply issues, it took longer than anticipated to close on the loan but Lee was available throughout the lengthy process.
