On 3/24/2025 I met with Daryl Quintanilla look at a 2020 Chevy Colorado (vin# 1GCGTDEN5L1196436). Horrible experience! Sold us a vehicle they knew was defective! Left us STRANDED an hour and a half away from home! Very, very poor customer service! Expected us to drive their defective vehicle back to their dealership 5-6 hours away after giving us a hard time on returning it! This was 9 hours into the purchase of said vehicle! We knew as consumers the law protects us especially 72 hours within the contract! Joshua was the only person most empathetic, but our sales manager Rene was absolutely a nightmare to deal with!

I had to return a Subaru, which I purchased from you all, just to go 11k upside down on a used Colorado. I needed a vehicle and the Subaru sold to me had after market parts, which caused engine issues. Once in the Colorado I found that someone tried to hide a scratch using a Leif Johnson sticker. The salesman was very friendly an attentive to my purchase. The closing process was smooth. However, be careful about a trade in, they made an offer that was an absolute insult. I'm fine if they did not want my trade in, just say so. They offered me $3000 on my platinum truck valued at over $14k on retail, and over $10k on trade in..
Doc was a great help and made the process very simple to purchase a vehicle
The IT department needs to be more efficiant, and reliable. Currently we were never able to send or recive certain emails.
they did not offer any warranty no free oil changes at least one should have been offered no second key so disappointed in the dealership
Terrible QC, no proper inspection done, over promised, signifanctly under delivered. Multiple issues on vehicle not addressed.
