After adamantly telling me my trade in was only valued at 20K, they turned around and listed it for 31K. Very questionable business practice. I understand being in business to turn a profit, but deception shouldn’t be baked into the business plan. Because of that, I would never recommend Leif Johnson Ford to my family or friends. dealer should have made sure that everything was in the truck that I purchased. nomanual keys for bed cover....They gaveme $10,000 for truck & saling for$18000..

I bought my car on July 2022. I bought and paid more for the car because it was a “Gold Certified” vehicle which extended the warranty significantly. And, that pealed to me. I didn’t mind paying a higher price for the “Gold Certified” warranty. Two years passed and I needed service and found out the car was not a certified car because I bought it from a different Leif Johnson lot. Very deceiving with the paperwork. Yet I signed it thinking my note would be $200.00 less. I came into your dealership expecting to receive a $431.00 note and didn't realize until after the paperwork was signed it was $631.00 No one in sales or finance told or showed me it would be any different. Very disappointed!! They all claimed they did and showed me my signature. I'm a 70 year old disabled citizen. Sounds like they got over on a senior citizen.

I was very disappointed in the attention to detail in closing the deal. He failed to have the paperwork prepared in advance when I with the sales manager the night before went to the dealership. Apparently this manager failed in communicate what we discussed the Monday night. I don’t understand why the manager failed and that wasn’t Maurice’s fault . I ordered 2024 f150 from factory. Declined LoJack. Found installation parts in glove box. Asked dealer on 3 different occasions across 2 months if they installed a LoJack. Never received answer. I decided to look for myself and I found one installed. Needless to say, legal action is being pursued. Texas law states that gos locators must be disclosed unless installed by law enforcement through a warrant. Will not be returning to this dealer. Very shady

SEVERELY undervalued on trade-in. Predatory dealership tactics and dishonesty. The sales rep Andres was fine, good attitude. But I am very unhappy with my deal and feel management took advantage

Past 45 years been purchasing Lincolns, Navigators, explorers &King ranches local dealership Bellevue Wash. Then they sold to Autonation. Autnation is sad place to do business! Nice to see old customer care values & Serving the customers still exists with Leif Johnson Ford group!
