this dealer is a shady on the used vehicle devision side failed to disclose major damge repair after there serive dept does vehicle inspection .how they can miss a truck bed misalingned more than an 1.5 inches from cab .. is a joke carfax no accident should read no accidents reported .. its been recked repaired and if you dont catch it we wont tell cause leaf johnson ford doesnt give a dam .. you cost me hundereds of dollars in flight travel expenses from california to texas and back ..BBB is gettinng a full report and I wil... read more
Although my purchase of a vehicle was not typical, the process took way too long. They have an text system where multiple people respond and none know what the other has done. Duplicate requests, starting over with a new person, and multiple calls from different people on the same deal. Also, after verbally agreeing to a deal, the sales paperwork added costs that were not agreed to including a dealer installed lojack system and document fees that should have been removed per the agreement. Worst service experience of my life! I bought this truck there 3 yrs ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. Then, when I brought it into to be fixed (under warranty) they took twice as long as they estimated and it STILL wasn't repaired correctly! I feel I was ripped off by paying $20,000 more for a preowned vehicle than the same vehicle new and somehow in the process lost $4500 on my trade in. It is not Leos fault, I wanted the larger Bronco and wasn't ready to wait a year. I purchased a NEW Bronco Sport last year from Leif Johnson and am still enjoying it. It was my choice to buy the vehicle, my arm wasn't twisted;however I didn't get the benefits of being the first owner. I will NEVER do that again. I probably won't live long enough. Please read. ..do you have someone in your life you despise that needs to buy a car? Be sure to send them here! They'll be sure to screw them over and maybe even sell them a call that DOESN'T run! Yep. Unfortunately thought this dealership could be trusted when we bought and shipped a "classic". Come to find out it doesn't run, gas gauge doesn't work, rear window button broken, has all sort of codes, etc. Awesome, thank you for being just another crappy typical used car dealer. DONT BUY HERE!
Not happy with receiving a vehicle with no fuel or DEF that I had to fill as soon as I left. The finance officer was awesome. Very thorough and quick to handle the purchase .
