They have preinstalled lojack and ceramic coating they add to jack up their profit. Also the vehicle they were selling had hail damage, which was not disclosed in the listing. Recommend you check out any purchases thoroughly via text/email or telcom before you waste your time.
Thomas was great. Problem with Leif Johnson is that I was sold a service package that included mobile app service scheduling. I used this app and scheduler to reserve a time. I received email confirmation from Leif Johnson my appointment was set. not a very welcoming experience. almost passive aggression in every way. salesman are great but managers are not to be dealt with
Spoke to them about purchasing a car. They said they would hold it for me. Then out of the blue, they called and said it was sold.
I bought an F150 from this dealership's Ben White location on June 24th. Everything went well with the sale but unfortunately not so well after the sale. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealership agreed to make a repair on a cracked plastic bumper guard. They also stated that there was a recall repair yet to be completed and that they would take care of that as well. Terrible dealership. Financing office table was covered in years of sweat. Their computers don’t work well and are old. Their system kept crashing which made financing take a while. The whole place is kind of rundown. Communication with the dealership was abysmal. They put a lot of miles on my brand new truck that I had to wait for.
Sale was great but delivery and followup was not good at all. Vehicle was dirty and not presented like a new vehicle. Also still waiting on window sticker and nothing. If you expect customer service after the sale go to another dealership. Due to this experience, I will get vehicle serviced at another dealership when needed.
This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from in my history of driving. From bait and switch financing to flat out lying about the sales price (the sales associate pulled up a completely different much lower price the I was quoted and the dealership refused to honor the price) From the rude receptionist to the condescending finance department guy the issues are long in number.
