We had a horrible experience from start to finish. The first two salesmen we worked with failed to follow though on their word in December. We returned in January and worked with another salesman. We asked for the total out the door price of a vehicle, which we received on a Friday. That Monday we started the purchase process at home (which we were told would be simple and quick). Bought a new truck. While they were washing it an employee backed it into a post and damaged the bumper. Not very cooperative with my questions about how and where the repair will be made. Kind of shady. Now they’re not responding to me emails. Feeling pretty raw about this purchase.

Shane was great! Helpful, patient, and you can tell he was there for your needs and not his own agenda. I’d work with Shane again as well as Jessie in Finance. Jessie explained everything talked out my concerns with me and as a young first time buyer it’s not something you see. Otherwise, I test drove and walked the lot but most of what I looked at had dents or scratches and one I test drove even had questionable axles, tires, etc. I think better care of the vehicles or looking them over before allowing a test drive would be... read more

Paid 80k for a new truck only came with 1 key. Didn’t even fill the truck up when I left the lot. Salesman was friendly but wouldn’t recommend.

Nick was helpful and courteous every time. I was an indecisive customer and he was never irritable. I spent hours at the dealership working on numbers and stock availability until we all were satisfied. But, we had 2 issues after the process. The car was delivered with a cracked windshield. They replaced it 2 months later with a lower quality windshield. Also, they lost the second key. No one is taking responsibility and I paid a pretty good price for this car. They won’t correct the mistakes so I gave them a low score.
