The vehicle was as advertised. The sales associate was professional and polite. The associate was able to answer any questions that i had about the vehicle. The 2 star rating is due to the fact that they attempted to push "add ons" that i did not want. After the third time that the offer sheet was brought back and still had the undesired additions, I got up to leave. The sales manager then removed the additions and was able to complete the sale. My salesman was great. The wait time to close was horrible. Finance Manager was unprofessional. Worst finance experience I have ever had.
I bought my vehicle online. There was poor communication and support during the sales process. When I received the car, there was damage that was not disclosed in the photos or written advertisement. I had to enlist the help of the vehicle transport service to prove the damage was there and once I did, it was up to me to come up with a plan to fix it with little or no direction from the dealer. Salesman, Felise, went above and beyond all he could do to make our purchase easy, HOWEVER the paperwork team was a NIGHTMARE! 27 days later we still do not have paperwork necessary to tag our truck!!! Poor finance team and Title team! we paid CASH!!!!!
Everyone we worked with was fine up until our car was delivered. No one ever informed us that the vehicle only had one key, and then after we tried to get a 2nd key we started getting the runaround and then were told we should of asked for it before the deal was finalized. Since we never knew that there was only one key, I am not sure how we could have done that. You would think that after spending over $50k on a vehicle they would be more willing to work with us to get this resolved.
Not good salesman was fired said the car was blemish free and it wasnt what they said. Also had mechanical issues
Stealership more like. I'm 62 what in God name I need a LoJack than needing a extended warranty. Oh wait LoJack is 100. A extended warranty is 20. What they Profit from. Still waiting on my paperwork. Brought a truck off the lot with no agreement contact.
