Bad food. Waiter did not inform me that 20% tip added to bill. I paid 100 so total gratuity paid $160. Unethical.
Service average. Included tip and did not tell us. Food was way overpriced and not very well prepared. Wish I hadn't gone.
All good, but slooow service. Got appetizers pretty fast and salad fast, but entree was very slow coming.
Food was bland, chicken was over cooked. Way over priced.
We come here often and have never been disappointed with the food until this night. The Chilean sea bass was overcooked and the risotto it was on definitely had odd flavors mixed together not pleasing to the palate. Definitely disappointed in the sea bass dish. Our server Eugene was excellent and did a fabulous job.
We ordered breakfast from the menu and still disappointed. We never had coffee refilled and just used the buffet coffee.
Good was really good. Restaurant temp was too hot… 78 degrees or so. They don’t have enough help. Staff is covering lobby bar as well. Dinner took 3 hrs. Fix the service and its 5 stars.
Food was excellent but steaks are a bit overpriced. The dining room was very warm. A/C was on but it didn’t seem to be working very well or wasn’t set at a comfortable temp.
We waited for over an hour for our food. When we got our entrees the orders were wrong and the waitress acted very strange. She also forgot our child’s meal. Brought it out ten minutes later. It was wrong too. She never apologized. We got our drinks after our food. No one at the restaurant offered anything for our lack of service.
