Over priced We have had better food and service for less money Carrots were not done and the side dishes were extra and definitely over price 10.00 each on top of the entree. As far as a dress code Forget about it They will let any one in. No matter how they are dressed. We had to endure looking at a person in sweat shorts and tee shirt that barely fit and the blubber was plentiful and not appealing
Food was cold carrots were raw steak KC strip had big gristle down middle.
Well…we showed up at our scheduled reservation time after multiple confirmations from Open Table for a dinner in celebration of my wife’s Birthday. The hostess informed me upon our arrival she did not have our reservation and would see what she could do. She came back and said they could “maybe” sit us at the bar but it would be awhile and said we really should have booked directly. Needless to say the experience provided by Level 2 was less than exemplary from a customer service side. From the Open Table side they need to g... read more
Thought we were going to a nice upscale restaurant. It was my wife's birthday, we were traveling from Indiana. I noted the special occasion (wife's birthday) in my reservation but it was not recognized or asked about. Several tables had flowers for anniversaries, I thought maybe a scoop of ice cream or small dessert but nothing. Very disappointed. Food was adequate and experience was not worth returning. Don't like leaving a less than Stellar review but left disappointed.
On vacation and we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant knowing the prices were high. Somewhat disappointed as the 2 of us were seated at a table for 4, yet there were open booths for 2 available and filled by the next couples. I even told them it was our anniversary. Food was okay. Our baked potatoes were cold. Service was average. Yet the prices were high end. The glasses of wine we received were less filled than we normally get.
I took my wife here for her birthday. Started out ok if you don’t mind not having anybody up front to seat you. The appetizer was pretty good. We ordered our dinner and my wife decide she wanted the wagyu steak that cost 150$. I ordered the seafood pasta. I will say the waiter was fantastic but food that got brought out was sub par at best. My wife’s s steak was horrible. That thing was pure rubber. My pasta was ok but was not too notch like I expected. Needless to say my wife was super disappointed and so was I. They did tr... read more
The service was not very good. I will not return because of service
Enjoyed the food. Service was below expectations. Server not very attentive except to the table of ladies next to us
Service was terrible. Waited for 15 minutes to be seen by the front desk and seated. My waiter was rude and condescending when asked questions about the menu. She was dismissive and not attentive. The food was bland and cold. Apparently., flavor was not on their menu. I made the reservation for a special birthday occasion and it was not addressed at all. They sat us at a random table and ignored our needs and requests throughout the entire night. We ended up asking for the check and leaving very early into the dinner. I woul... read more
