We had a reservation for 6:15, 2 kids and 2 adults. We were seated right away and brought bread. So far so good, ordered an app and our food. About ten minutes later waitress comes and states they only have 1 pizza for the kids, so we order chicken for the other. Forty five minutes later we finally have our food arrive. My salmon was lukewarm and looked like it sat under a heating lamp for days. My husbands pasta was ok but no seasoning or flavor at all. This is definitely not fine dining....take yourself somewhere else and ... read more
Our food was cold, cups refilled only once, overall poor service, and sat under a vent which chills throughout the entire dinner.
The music choices do not fit the restaurant
Asparagus was not good Husband was disappointed in Prime Rib which is one reason we went there. Salmon was blackened to much. Rest of meal was good
We had a great 1st visit at Level 2 last Oct and excited to return for my birthday. Unfortunately, this visit fell short. Although the service was wonderful, the rib-eye ($62) was not…grizzled and chewy and not worth the high price; the 6oz filet was just ok…both entrees seemed to be of lesser quality beef. Level 2 also changed the calamari from our last visit and it was heavily breaded and not as good. Since this was only our 2nd visit we plan to return and try other options from the menu.
Table was nicely decorated for our Anniversary. Service was very good. One filet of 3 was undercooked. The pumpkin gooey butter cake seemed off to me. The cake was not gooey, it was dry and crumbly. I’ve had the traditional and pumpkin gooey butter cake there many times before. So was not my first time eating gooey butter cake at Level 2.
Food was frozen biscuits, undercooked bacon and cereal . Most of the serving treys were empty , had to wait for several items and the restaurant was not busy . The biscuits were so hard you could not eat them . The variety was not there so very little items to choose from. The fruit was brown and just gross
Ordered the waygu, only to be disappointed that whatever they had cooked it on left a very bitter gas like taste on the meat, as well as the asparagus, couldn’t even finish the meal cause the taste was so overbearing.
Food was very good! Prices way too expensive ! Service was slow. Definitely won’t be back.
