Server was great! Ordered the wagyu ribeye(wasn't told strip was available) and it was very okay steak. Definitely not worth the $150 price tag.....quality and marble was no better than a USDA prime for 3x cost. Place was also very noisy with kids running back and forth between tables.

I have always had great food there, but last night we brought another couple. She ordered salmon, the special, the first one was mushy in the middle, the 2nd one was still cold in the center. They didn’t charge us & gave us a free dessert, but she still got no entree!

baked potato was cold, asparagus was awesome , had great fire roasted taste, the steak was just ok.. we do understand the restaurant was understaffed, and overwhelmed with big event being held in the hotel, apparently, we felt like we should have just eaten the appetizers we had enjoyed in the bar before being seated and canceled our reservation.

Found hair in our food - they comped the sides but it ruined the night - the waiter Anton was amazing - the crying baby and small children also ruined a nice time - we assumed at that price point we would not have to deal with that. But we did so it cuts down the overall score

Our waiter seemed very overworked. He did a great job but was the only person working in our section. From the time we walked in to the time we left (ordering, dinner, dessert) it was right at 3 hours. That’s way too long to be waiting.

Food and ambience very good but level of service was not up to par. Waitress friendly & helpful but seemed to disappear for longer periods of time than would be expected & food took a long time and wasn’t hot on arrival , some dishes not even warm, but took so long that we didn’t dare think of sending anything back or ordering dessert ! Service negatives seemed to outweigh the good food.

Food was warm at best, the steaks were SALTY and just ok. The Caesar salad was floating in dressing. Service was good, food was not what I expected when paying $450 for four people!!!

Let’s start with this is a higher end steak house that serves meals ala carte. I have a rather high expectation that the steaks will be prime cuts. The beef tenderloin is not a lot better than grocery store quality. It was seasoned well and cooked appropriately, but I can be particular about quality when paying $35 for just the steak. This wasn’t up to my personal expectations. The steak soup was very good, but to large of a portion to be an appetizer. We choose the pick three sides. All were very good and reasonable portion... read more

Our food had set for a while so it got cold quick. Taste good but cold. The seat I was in need to be repaired, it was worn and my hand got stuck in the lining. Server had too many tables, did her best and very friendly. Not worth the cost!
