We’ve been to other high end steakhouses, and this one was worse than a standard steakhouse at three times the cost. The $150 wagyu ribeye was terrible. The ahi tuna was okay. I had a wagyu ribeye at a pub not far from this steakhouse for $34 that was MUCH better. Only redeeming factor was the atmosphere. Won’t be going back and won’t be recommending it.
Food was good. Experience & service was wonderful. Dress code needs to be more strictly enforced. Definitely could get away with non business casual.
Nice place, great server, but the food fell short. My steak was charred and tasted like charcoal. The mashed potatoes literally poured off the serving spoon. Dinner for two with a couple of cocktails each was $182.00 and there were people wearing ball caps during dinner. If you want a great dinner experience, try Osage at Big Cedar.
Bread basket was not fresh but service was very good ..
In the past we have always considered Level II as an excellent choice for dining. We suggested/recommended it to our friends who were dining with us. We booked in advance thru open table and requested a quiet table because we had a lot to talk about with our friends. Also, stated we were Kut Klub members. Always before Level II was on "top" of it and prepared. This time they fell short of expectations. Not only in service but in the quality of food preparation which we rated as good. We have drinks and appetizers the next ev... read more
The food is pricey, but I knew that going. It was good, my only complaint and it makes a big difference to me with steaks, is that the outside was burned to a crisp. I understand the concept of searing the meat and then cooking it to the desired level, but I did not enjoy the burned taste of the outer layer at all.
Was not worth the price tag. Does not compare to similar steak houses in the area what are in same price range.
It took almost 20 minutes to be served even water. Then we ordered an appetizer and the waiter forgot to put it in. Ordered our food and the steaks were dry, the asparagus was horrible. For an upscale restaurant with these prices everything could have been ten times better. I'd much rather a franchise steakhouse then go back to this place, after a 200+ bill.
Really disappointed in the food. The black tiger prawn appetizer was five basic shrimp. The steaks were so over salted we couldn't eat them. The manager did his best to make it right, but the food and presentation wouldn't have been worth the price had the steaks been good.
