Took a little too long to get our order in, drinks, and food. Table next to us was berry loud

The filet was cooked to order and of fair quality. Brussels sprouts we’re soggy. Baked potato was completely dried out and not palatable. It seemed the potato had been sitting under a heating lamp for the entire day because the skin disintegrated into ashes on top by touching it with a fork.

Poorest service we have received in the last couple of years, to include covid challanges. The steak was a USDA grade utility selection of meat, however we were charged Prime price. The sides are a la carte and priced in the ridiculous category, example 11.00 for an order of French fries. Do not eat here, go across the street to the landing, anything beats this place. The only bright spot was the grossly over worked server.

Server was nice but good came out at a snails pace. Sides came out cold. Did not send them back because it took so long for them to arrive in the first place. Steak was fine. Tasted great and cooked perfectly. Cocktails were great but when we got our bill there was a $3 extra charge for having our drinks “up.” I’m paying $3 for you to strain my drink? A good meal, but definitely over priced for what we got. Our server was great.

Went in and sat at the bar for twenty Min. No one greeted us or waited on us. We got up and went on upstairs to eat. We were seated and took about 10 min for the waiter to wait on us. we ordered service was slow. Like waiter was also cooking and had several tables with two other couples. One couple got up and left. Finally, they took our order and it was a good 20 min before the appetizer arrived. Food was another 15 mina and was cold. The potato was done but barely warm and the steak was as well. For what food cost I can ge... read more

Loved the venue, service, and sides. I ordered a rib eye because that is the most tender and flavorful cut of meat in my opinion. But, this was not tender and sooo salty (and everyone bags on me for the extreme amount of salt I use on my food). We only went one time and will try it again but, if it is the same, we probably won't go back a third time.

Food was great! The hostess could be a little more friendly and organized… we had reservations & arrived a few minutes early and she made us wait. Another couple came in and stated their reservation time, which was the same as ours, and she seated them right away and left us sitting waiting, even though we were there first… I did not think that was very professional at all.

Our waiter never refilled water glass or was around to ask for butter for baked potato which was supposedly “loaded” but wasn’t. It was tasteless. Asparagus was tough to cut with fork. Steak was tender but”tasteless” had no seasonings. Butter and roasted “garlic “ was gross! Very pricey for an ambiance for New Years Eve. Food was not worth it!
