Our waiter was great but the team members at the front desk need to put their cell phones away while they are greeting/ignoring guests and should probably take some training on customer service - every encounter with the reception team failed to provide average at best customer service. Once you get past the front line, everything was great.
I brought my fiance here for our anniversary on January 1st which I told them it was our anniversary. When we arrived for our reservation they said our table was still being sat at to which i said wed gladly wait. Thats when the nightmare began. They virtually put us in a corner to get us seated and forgot about us. Our waitress Cici forgot about us from that point for sure. We relied on bussers to help us out.We had our drinks refilled once at the very end of our meal. It took forever to place our order or get any food. They... read more
My seafood dish was to have lump crab meat as well as scallops but it only had shrimp & white fish in it. It also did not state it was in a spicy tomato sauce. I maybe took 5 bites of it. Also my friends Brussel sprouts were awful. With what you are charging the food does not fit the pricing.
Food was Cold and gross the steak my husband got had to be sent back we won’t ever eat here again nor will our family
Make more prime rib! We had 7pm reservations and waited 3 days for prime rib to be told it was sold out. Seriously? I can understand by 9pm but by 7? Lol. The filet replacement was really very good and an exceptional wine selection.
Everything was great. But was very disappointed because you were out of Crete brûlée:(
We’ve been to other high end steakhouses, and this one was worse than a standard steakhouse at three times the cost. The $150 wagyu ribeye was terrible. The ahi tuna was okay. I had a wagyu ribeye at a pub not far from this steakhouse for $34 that was MUCH better. Only redeeming factor was the atmosphere. Won’t be going back and won’t be recommending it.
Food was good. Experience & service was wonderful. Dress code needs to be more strictly enforced. Definitely could get away with non business casual.
Nice place, great server, but the food fell short. My steak was charred and tasted like charcoal. The mashed potatoes literally poured off the serving spoon. Dinner for two with a couple of cocktails each was $182.00 and there were people wearing ball caps during dinner. If you want a great dinner experience, try Osage at Big Cedar.
