Not worth the money. Food was so bad my husband didn't eat his meal. Service was horrible, I had to flag down a waiter from another table for water. Will not be returning
Father’s Day lunch, had been a busy brunch, apparently, so our table and knives were not ready when we got there. There were no Father’s Day specials, which was a little disappointing, but probably explains the very slow lunch. We ordered 3 medium rare $40 ribeyes, one was probably properly cooked, one was definitely more medium, and mine was much closer to medium well. I sent it back asking for “rare plus”, the steak that came back was better, but clearly had not been given the attention a good steak should...it had a targe... read more
Waitress stepped on my foot. Brought wrong scotch. There is no excuse. Overpriced burned vegetables. Shame. Toilet too far away. Other patrons cussing. No effort was made to tell them they were disrupting MY dinner. Younger college girl not at hostess desk •••waited 2 mins to be greated. Zero eye contact ... Then she tried to have a conversation with us while walking in the dining room. Pathetic staff. Not worth the money. Beware
I read such great reviews on trip advisor about Level 2, but unfortunately it was a big let down. I ask for my steak medium well, which the waitress confirmed that would mean mostly done with a bit of pink on the inside and my steak came out completely raw on the inside and chard black on the outside. The steak tasted like it had no seasoning. I couldnt finish it ( even though it was 6 oz) because it was so raw that it was almost cold on the inside. My husband's steak was cooked ok but also had no flavor, despite being almos... read more
We were very disappointed in the dinner . Food arrived at the table cold and frankly unappealing. The waiter was very good. We were fairly regular and I'm afraid we may not go back, which is sad for us given the number of fine dining options in the area. We noticed no less than two tables in view of us who expressed similar sentiment.
Very disappointed!!! My customers were disappointed as well, complaining of how long the dinner service took.
We were sat in up on a wall with a small table. The waitress was friendly enough yet, had to remind her twice for a drink. Once she got a table of 12 she rushed us out the door. The food was average for the price of it. If you wish to blow your money on high priced food then by all means go there.
We have eaten here 5 times. 4 of the 5 times were 5 star. This time was 5 star on everything but the service. It was terrible. The waiter was great .. just very busy we think. We called the manager and they are supposed to be sending a coupon for our next visit. If they do this we will go back because we really like the place. If they don't ... we will pick somewhere else to dine. It sounded like management wanted to make it right. We will see.
Nice restaurant and servers super friendly. Disappointed in food for the price. I had the 6oz filet which was obviously pre-cooked weight. Very small. Girlfriend had about 4oz of Halibut for $45. While good, not great and seemed over priced. Sides were very good.
