As always, LoG is the best car service I've ever known. The staff, plus Eric Gallman, my service advisor, goes out of their way to make the experience pleasant and as fast as possible. Their attention to all details has kept my car running extremely well. My RX350 is coming up on 100K miles, and with LoG's help, I hope to keep it on the road for a lot longer. Thanks to Eric and all of the service staff!

Was pleased with customer service, love my Rav4. Had only one key phobe, Lexus of Greeville is working on getting me a second one. If and when I get the second key phone it will be rated a five in my book
