Recently purchased a Lexus RX 350. It was time for my oil change. Called and scheduled an appointment. Asked for a loaner car and was told loaner cars are not available for oil changes because it would take 45 minutes at the most. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am. I arrived at 10:45am. ** PLEASE READ- BUYER BEWARE** I cannot begin to tell you my frustration with the Service department at Lexus of Greenville. Prior to visiting the dealership, I tried to call and make an appointment because I had questions about the length of time the service would take. After speaking with one individual she told me she would have an advisor call me to schedule. Unfortunately, I had just added air to my tires to adjust for cold weather, when I took my car in for service and a recall. The pressure was reduced 2 lbs. during the two days it took for service, and now my warning light is on for low air pressure, so I have to find a place to add air, again.
Russ Kelly was very communicative about the service. Unfortunately Lexus was not able to fix the main problem. The battery dies after a couple of weeks of non-use. They need car for 48 hours of testing in order to find electrical leak. There were no loaner cars available so could not leave my car. I live about an hour away. I was told that if dead battery happens again they will come and pick up car. I am certain it will occur again as nothing was done to fix problem. Service dept sucks... Take too long!.............
Went in on yesterday, 9/23/16 for my 115k service for my 2007 ES350, prior to arriving all of my tire lugs were in perfect condition. When I got home I noticed I had a damaged lug on all 4 tires. Service is normally good but this has left me with a very bad feeling
Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of having over the top customer service and over delivering to your customers/clients. My experience today was not a positive one. I come from an industry where first impressions of a business are all you're allowed. This first impression will result in me never referring friends,family, clients to your place of business nor will I ever return.
Rated good, not great. I have been a long time Lexus of Greenville customer and have always felt the service department was a differentiator. Not any more. The phone center now answering the phone is a mess. They cannot even look up a customer to make an appointment, questioning me as though I might have the wrong city or wrong dealership. Only when I asked to speak to a service writer could they find my account. I'm on my fourth Lexus.
