Horrible service dept. Charged me for an hour of labor that didn’t exist. Firestone can do the same work and doesn’t make up fake charges, like Lexus of Greenville did to me. Go elsewhere people. Run don’t walk away!
First off, this review is in reference to the Service Department and not a reflection of the Sales Team. I brought a 2010 Lexus GX460 in for new tires in February. By June we noticed that there was very loud road noise and had concern that there was an issue with one of the wheel bearings. The service department said both wheel bearings were fine. I have yet to have a good experience at this location This is my 4th time here since I moved from California Slow and inefficient. When I mentioned it to a sales person they argued with me. I suggest they read the reviews that others have sent in, I see I am not the only one who has concerns
I have been waiting TWO YEARS to receive a new dashboard and new door panels which were promised to me due to a warranty enhancement program. When I went to the dealership on May 27, 2017 Roxi Miller told me she would order them. I purchased a car from Lexus of Greenville a little over a month ago and it’s been nothing but a headache ever since. I had been searching for a over a month and was finally happy to find something I like. The sales team is amazing and they really took their time explaining everything to me. Terrible experience. When turning in lease, repairs were done in their body shop. They took possession of my vehicle on 7/13, lease was up 8/23. Due to some delays with parts, didn’t finish repairs and finish vehicle until 9/17. They communicated to us and work with Lexus financial and said we would not be charged late fees. Complete lie, charged over $1,000. Played way to many games with me on trying to get a used car. Ended up getting the exact same car at toyota at a better deal than I even expected.
I took my car in this am for an airbag recall. Everything was smooth until we went to pick my car up. The lady that checked us out was absolutely the most miserable person I have ever came in contact with. She was extremely rude.. not only to me and my husband, but also to the Lexus staff. This area spends a lot of money to make Lexus what it is and in my opinion she does not need to be in the public eye. Absolute disgrace and I will not take my car to Lexus of Greenville for anything in the future.
