Looking for a brand new Lexus but don't live in the Greenville area? Don't waste your time, because they won't sell you one! We were looking for a 2023 GX460 Blackline in green, of which they have 2 - but I was told they won't sell it to me because "We don't have enough GX's to serve our local market." What an insult. I live 3 hours north of the dealership and apparently my money is no good. It's a strange time for buying cars, sure - but this is right up there with selling above MSRP because of the market. What a jip.

Worst car buying experience of my life. We were told something about the car that isn't true and they wouldn't make it right. Buyer beware, do not do business with these people.

We do our best to recondition our Used vehicles to make them look as new as possible. At times it may not make sense for us to address some cosmetic issues based on the cost of the repair to remain competitive in price. Again, I apologize for any miscommunication from the team. Terrible experience here. Mark Mckee was good and i have no complaints about him, but he was busy when we came back. We had a check for more than enough to buy the car and we were ready to buy it. So, we had to work with Matt Foster and we were still going to buy the car until he started being so rude and belittling about our trade in. This place is non negotiable on price. They charge some closing fee of $599. Even though they are not closing on anything. They said they would work with us on the price. So, we drove an hour ... read more

Yeah, after buying this 2022 Lexus six months ago. I’m sitting here on the side of the road with a flat tire and I was told by Lexus of Greenville if I use the roadside assistance and I won’t have to pay for a tire. Only problem with that is there roadside assistance is telling me that I’m gonna have to stay here for three hours but if I use my towing company, not only will I have to pay my towing company. Just left you my review of your dealership on FaceBook Purchased a New LX570 from this dealership on 12/31/2021. Finally ready for our 10,000 mile service. Called at lunch today trying to speak to someone in the service department and finally got a call back just a little before 4 pm today. My only request we live 2 1/2 hours away and was planning on making this service a overnight trip to Greenville to enjoy downtown. I asked the young lady if she had a loaner/used car/shuttle service so we could go to the Greenville Mall... read more

On August 26, 2020 I spoke with Christopher, explained that the auction was unable to get the title to the vehicle he purchased, and that our only option at this point is to purchase the vehicle back at the full purchase price, not costing him any money. I went over this in great detail. He wasn't happy with that and wanted to think it over for a week. Again, I offered to buy the vehicle back and he would receive all of his money.
