I Enjoyed working with my sales guy Jerry, he was very nice person to deal with. We purchased a QX80, my husband really liked the color & we needed a larger vehicle due to my husband has had 7 back surgeries & he’s 6’4. My husband Retired from USAF , 20 years. Lexus of Greenville... Well any Lexus Stealership period they're terrible I have actual emails stating I have a recall on my sticky dash and doors panels and drove over an hour away to get an inspection and they said the warranty was over on 2017. Clearly the email and the case worker told me the warranty is till 2024 in my emails. They try real hard to fix your problems. They replaced my battery. Only thing I wish they would have reset the clock. But no biggie.
I showed up at Service, virtually unannounced with a tire problem. The technician was standing outside my door when I opened it. I explained the problem and he said he would take a look at it and let me know if he ran into any problems. He came to get me in the lounge area about 10 minutes later, told me the car was parked in front of the Service area and handed me the key. No charge. Just “have a good day.” I couldn’t have asked for more.
Went there about an issue concerning a tire that has worn badly on the outside edge. Less than 23k Mike’s on my car and am needing 2 new tires. So did they really rotate them when they said they were rotating them???? Don’t know the answer to that. But they did discover that my battery was leaking acid at the terminals and so gave me a new battery! So I guess that pays for the balding tire!! 😆

The day after we picked up the vehicle during the previous evening, my wife discovered that the A/C did not work nor did the CD / DVD player. We had to take the vehicle to the local Chevy dealer who replaced the compressor under warranty. This was all done totally one our time. We were provided a loaner vehicle. The CD / DVD player was turned over to Rogers Stereo for which they did cover the cost. It ultimately took five visits to them, all on our time, with no loaner vehicle. Miss leading, I made an appointment and told them my make and model that's a Cadillac. I let them know that I responded from the complimentary ad and they approved it only to turn me away when I got there after I blocked away time to a very rude service manager Mr. Miller. This is a poorly and misleading dealership. I told him that I would tell the story with a review and he call me an extortionist 🤬
