I was in market for a Lexus RC 350; I found a nice 2019 RC 350 with low mileage (18,200) at Lexus of Greenville on Cars.com. I spoke to a sales person at the dealership, he confirmed the car was still available and offered to hold the car until we arrived. I expected a 2019 car to have some wear and tear, but there were multiple cosmetic issues. Lexus of Greenville offered to fix the car and apologized profusely for the condition. Recent observations: Requested to eliminate squeak when the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left——Still Squeaks!! No one test drove the vehicle after performing over $1500 on repairs or they would have found that when you apply the breaks with medium pressure the steering wheel “shimmers! Requested that the new salesman evaluate my automobile while being repaired and give me a quote on a new 2021 ES 350 with all the safety features——NO QUOTE, so I have to assume that Lexus of Greenville does NOT want my busine... read more
Not sure if my relatively poor experience is do to a new owner but It did’t go as well a past experiences with the previous group.
Every time I had a problem with my car they gave me a loaner. No questions asked

No issues with service once appointment was made. I made 4 phone calls requesting a return call re some questions I had before scheduling my service. I never received a return phone call. This is NOT the type service I expect from Lexus. Hope to have better service in the future!

This dealership offers a disappointing level of customer care. Fir a premium brand they’re the worst in our area.I’ve owned Cadillac, Mercedes& Audi their service center treated me like royalty. This dealership seems absent minded, short-staffed & it’s as though they could care less. Waiting area is out-dated & boilerplate
