Servicing of my RX350 Although there was a mix up about the battery of my RX350, John Majors followed up and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I will continue to bring my car in for servicing knowing that I can rely on very good service as I have for the two new vehicles that I have bought there.

Routine service to keep my RX-350 running like new Tony Ortiola was courteous and thorough in explaining recommended service for my RX-350's 80,000 mile scheduled maintenance. The service technician recommended new brake pads as I'd expected and all service was performed in a timely manned while I worked at a convenient customer work desk using on site internet and drinking great Lexus coffee. Went in for service - bought a used car. We had the best experience we've ever had with an auto dealership with Lexus of Tacoma. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, helpful, and considerate. In the whole experience we did not feel "pushed" by anyone. We would happily recommend this dealership to others.

Purchased LC500 from Ron. Second car we purchased from Ron at Lexus of Tacoma. Great product and great staff. First class service all around. We went in knowing what we wanted and was given the best service we could ask for. They were very detailed in all aspects of purchasing a very special new released auto. They follow up and continue there support even after you complete the process of purchasing a new car.
