Purchased LC500 from Ron. Second car we purchased from Ron at Lexus of Tacoma. Great product and great staff. First class service all around. We went in knowing what we wanted and was given the best service we could ask for. They were very detailed in all aspects of purchasing a very special new released auto. They follow up and continue there support even after you complete the process of purchasing a new car.

Easy Purchase Bought a used Toyota. Great price for car purchased and fair trade in value for my truck. Salesperson was respectful and knowledgeable. Whole staff was friendly. Process was quick and easy.

Scheduled service. I've dealt with many service centers before and the good majority offer the same exceptional service. However, Lexus beats all with their customer service lounge. They provide refreshments at no charge. I would say a relatively small cost at their end that goes a long way in terms of making things more convenient for the waiting customer.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Financial services process lead simple. The dealer manager was extra friendly. He gave us free tickets to different venues in the Tacoma area. He even found some cereal for my son to have while he waited for us to finish paperwork.
