Excellent experience The new Lexus 350 RX for my wife was ordered with the amenities specified and came with 4 miles on it. The salesman was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We negotiated a fair price which was more than I wanted to pay but some of the dealer recommended additions were worth it. Especially useful was the after sale help we received from the technical expert on the fine points of the vehicle electronic options and controls.
Engine light issue+- I came in with a check engine light. Ms. Coyner was very helpful and I now know what the issue is. She had to go out of her way to get me additional information and she did that, which I greatly appreciate.
Best Service I’m very impressed with customer service at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. I just wanted to say thanks to Johnny Major and his team for the best customer services. The staff was super friendly; I feel very welcome! I scheduled my car in for just a regular maintain, I know nothing about the car, Johnny was very patients and response to my email. Scheduling was easy, the service was quick and I was informed throughout. I’d never imagine having such a positive experience like this before. Greatly appreciate!

Servicing of my RX350 Although there was a mix up about the battery of my RX350, John Majors followed up and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I will continue to bring my car in for servicing knowing that I can rely on very good service as I have for the two new vehicles that I have bought there.
Routine service to keep my RX-350 running like new Tony Ortiola was courteous and thorough in explaining recommended service for my RX-350's 80,000 mile scheduled maintenance. The service technician recommended new brake pads as I'd expected and all service was performed in a timely manned while I worked at a convenient customer work desk using on site internet and drinking great Lexus coffee. Went in for service - bought a used car. We had the best experience we've ever had with an auto dealership with Lexus of Tacoma. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, helpful, and considerate. In the whole experience we did not feel "pushed" by anyone. We would happily recommend this dealership to others.
