Service at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife The staff took the time to explain what they were doing and why. What could be done and what was best. I appreciated the desire to do what is best and not cut corners. The custom coffee machine was able to make many different drinks and many snacks and bottled water was available. If you spend $300 or more ask to be enrolled in their VIP program. It is a free car wash when ever you need it.

Our first visit everything was explained clearly so there were no surprises when we came in to see the car and go for a test drive. We drove off with the car I loved. Everyone is friendly.
