Great customer service!! It was a terrible visit... not because of the team but because of the news they had brought to me. Although I had bad new about my vehicle, the experience I had with the dealership was awesome. Mr.Armstrong and Mr.Shamada had put my mind at ease and helped me so much. I don’t think I could say anything terrible about the two amazing associates. They truly saved me from going through a hardship. If you go to this dealership and not ask for these two, you’re missing out on great customer service.

Couldnt be more pleased From sales to the service (picking me up and dropping me off at airport) they were as good as I have ever experienced. Flew from NC to Seattle.
It all worked out I went in for an oil change and to have my tires checked a few days before a road trip to Chelan. Unfortunately, I learned my rear differential needed to be repaired. Joey Bueche, my service consultant got me a loaner car and kept me in the loop of the status of my car. Another unforseen issue was found and Joey was empathetic and helpful. Long story short, my car was repaired and I was able to get my car a day before my trip. Thanks, Joey and Lexus!
Service at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife The staff took the time to explain what they were doing and why. What could be done and what was best. I appreciated the desire to do what is best and not cut corners. The custom coffee machine was able to make many different drinks and many snacks and bottled water was available. If you spend $300 or more ask to be enrolled in their VIP program. It is a free car wash when ever you need it.
